We found a Religion - 1330 BC to 1040 BC

1330 BC: I intend chopping down these two Forest hexes NE of Rabat in order to speed up the Cargo Ship production. The Whale hex E. of Georgetown is improved giving me 14 Happiness points

I've built a Spearman in Tombouctu and now I believe that Walls there are a sound precaution...

Construction has been researched and I choose Horse Riding next - more military Research :)

1290 BC: In Rabat I upgrade my Archer to the more powerful Composite Bowman :)

Number 13 on the list is an improvement but it doesn't concern me because my economy is strong....

....I add a Warrior and another Settler to my Production Queue in Gao.

Horseback Riding Research has been completed and I choose Iron Working as my next Technology and that means Swordsmen :) It's going to take 30 turns though and Empires can fall during such a long period...

1140 BC: I found my fifth City, Dakar, purchase a Wheat hex then place a Monument followed by a Granary on the Production Queue.

In Rabat the Cargo Ship has arrived and I start building a Warrior.

I select Lisbon as my Sea Trading Destination and collect 10 Gold/turn :)

1080 BC: Darius of Persia asks me to join him against Dido and don't hesitate to say yes. The Showdown in N, Africa has begun....

We become friends with Siam - I can never pronounce or spell their Leader's Name...

....and commence building a Catapult in Rabat. Hopefully, Dido is being kept busy by Arabia in the East so I can take his City Hippo Regius.

I start constructing a Farm near Dakar to increase growth there and in Georgetown I use its new 4th Citizen to hasten Production.

1040 BC: A Great Prophet is born and I use it to found Judaism in the Holy City of Gao!! I choose Ceremonial Burial and Asceticism as Beliefs et violĂ  :)

In the next post we shall move against Dido. I believe that my Forces are strong enough to go to war :)
