Let's fix that! First a couple of deals - I refuse to renew the Gold to Elizabeth because I'm giving up supporting Samarkand and Almaty in Central Asia and Gold is one of their resources.

My Lancer goes into battle and how! I love these guys! That Barbarian Archer was obliterated with scarcely a scratch on the Lancer's armour...

Keeping a Worker busy again - (Trading Posts yield Gold if worked by a citizen).
I send a Worker to S. Turkey to help build the road from Constantinople to Jerusalem.
My Bowman is placed on sentry duty.
Meanwhile in Africa I must take care of production - a Mandekalu Cavalry in Ghannat and a Library in Kisangani.

In Oran I purchase a Lighthouse which gives me one Happiness Point and the Realm is Happy again!
I put a Lighthouse and a Harbour on the Production Queue in Tenerife - both give one Happiness Point when completed.

I refuse the Gold Trade again because I am losing Samarkand and I don't have a Gold export to spare.
1265 AD: Two Settlers have courses plotted to the New World. They will be escorted by warships.

Another World Wonder has been located and it gives me a precious Happiness Point :)
I convert Jerusalem to Judaism, (+1 Happiness), and start building a Writers Guild in Tombouctu.

Nice! Shaka has declared war on Haile Selassie - that should keep him busy for a while...
1270 AD: The next stop for my Great Prophet is Constantinople :)
I start building the road between my two new cities.
A Circus has been built in Agadez, (+2 Happiness), and a Worker is placed on order. A Mosque has been built in Addis Ababa.and I order an Observatory.

I renew a deal with Maria and in South America I order my Lancer northwards.

I chop down another Forest in order to speed up production in Brest-Litovsk.
I renew my Trade Route with Lisbon....
....and I dispatch a Swordsman to my future colonies.
Finally, Maria informs me in her own way that she has become friends with Siam. Rather you than me....
That's all for this post - until next time :)
