I donate Gold to maintain Zanzibar as an Ally and I give Shaka a good trade deal. That should keep that theatre quiet for a while.

I add items to the Production Queues of several cities, incl. Settlers and Trebuchets.

The Courthouse in Barcelona will soon be completed which means more Happiness Points.

My next theatre of operations - still no Byzantine ground troops and their fleet is being sunk by the Memphis Garrison and there is probably a Composite Bowman or similar in the city.
Two more of the Ancient Ruins have been visited.

We've finally rounded the African continent - the end of my turn.
1170 AD: I just can't get out of the denunciation cyclus.
I plot courses to the next Ancient Ruins....

....and we meet Manaus in the southern American continent.
Warships and troops are beginning to arrive in the Eastern Mediterranen and NE Africa. Theodora has lost another Galleass - good :)
1175 AD: A Trebuchet is sent to East Crete.
Can I spare troops from my southern border? I decide no.
A second Trebuchet is sent to the western end of Crete.
Filling up my war chest - all contributions are welcome :)

The Mediterranean at the end of my turn.
1180 AD: Leaders renewing previous deals.

I tried to get 8 Gold per turn - Attila accepted 7.
Keeping a Worker busy....
A Pikeman has uncovered advanced weapons at an Ancient Ruin and whoopee! We have a Lancer :) These are powerful troops.

That is the end of this post. My preparations are coming along fine and my Explorers are doing a grand job. Until soon :)
