Chad, formerly Ethiopian Harar, is now connected by road to Gao and I found a new city, Kingasi, in No Man's Land.
I start building a Monument and purchase a Shrine.

815 AD: I receive a new Manadekalu Cavalry and move it to Sudan then W. of Chad I start constructing an Iron Mine.
I use my Faith pts. to purchase a Missionary in Gao thus ending my turn. A view of the Southern Border Region.
Germany declares war on China and Mongolia's denouncement expires - for how long?
820 AD: I receive a new Longswordsman at Carthage, promote it and plot a course South.
I plot a course to M'banza-Kongo for my new Missionary.
My new Cavalry unit is moved to Chad....
....and I create a Citadel S. of Kingasi - that really peeves Shaka :)
I grabbed a Horse and Sugar hex from Shaka but also a Gems hex from my Kongo Ally. He becomes only a Friend so I donate 500 Gold to make him an Ally again.
825 AD: An export deal with Maria of Portugal and Genghis Khan denounces me again....
My border with Shaka is now secure :)
830 AD: I move a Worker southwards with the intention of building a road to KIngasi.
Wow! Look at how many nations are declaring war on Attila the Hun!!
835 AD: My Missionary converts M'banza-Kongo to Judaism and near Georgetown I purchase a Sugar hex for 375 Gold.
