The Realm Expands (III) - 130 BC to 30 BC

My Golden Age continues and so does the building programme in the Realm - a Granary in Agadez. I pürchase the Forest hex SW of Antioch in order to deny Byzantine access to Africa via this route. My Spearman can go back to being the garrison of Benghasi.

120 BC: Five of my cities are requesting Luxury resources which I don't have - what a shame...also I renew my Trade Route with Harar.

A new Settler arrives in Gao and I plan to found a City on the coast where my Archer is.
A very impressive denouncement Boney.....
Two more builds: a Composite Bowman in Oran and a Granary on Cabo Verde.

80 BC: I found Cameroun S. of Gao on the Atlantic coast and build a Monument first, (surprise).

Also a Lighthouse at Rabat and a Shrine on Tenerifa.

Darius wants me to join him in a war against China but I'm not in the mood - I'm already unpopular!
60 BC: The Drama and Poetry Tech has been researched and I choose Theology next.

I start building Colosseums in Dakar and Georgetown - the latter is now connected by Road to Gao.

Another Colosseum, this time at Tombouctu....
....and I start building a Gold Mine East of Ghannat as well as a Diamond Mine East of Georgetown.

A Stone Quarry might be useful so let's build one :)
40 BC: The Library has been built at Benghasi and I decide to construct a Granary next.
I do some serious dealing with Darius of Persia - it's nice to still have such a trading partner.

30 BC: In Thebes I start building my first Mud Pyramid Mosque - it's good for both Culture and Faith. I also invest in the City-State of Yerevan.

That gets a reaction from both Byzantine and France, he he :)

Well that ends this post - until next time :)
