The Zulus Attack Addis Ababa - 625 AD to 645 AD

A couple of tables first to illustrate some information available: the Military Overview tells me how many units I have, how many of each kind and how many more I can supply. The second chart shows what resources are available for export - 1 each of Gems and Gold.

Deals done :)

630 AD: I start constructing a Pasture for my Sheep hex on Crete then expend my Missionary converting Carthage to Judaism. I'm still not sure where the Ethiopian Missionary is going.

Note that Addis Ababa is under siege and has almost been conquered. The Zulus are being denounced by many nations for its aggression.

635 AD: I'm continuing to move my forces nearer to the border with Ethiopia. Also Ghannat has received ist fifth citizen. Damn, Portugal denounces me again....

640 AD:  My city Sudan has also received ist fifth citizen and like at Agadez I concentrate on growth.

I donate Gold to Riga again and at Georgetown I receive a third Galleass - place a Horseman on the Production Queue and export Gems to Arabia.

I plot a course for my new Galleass, sending it to go on patrol near Cameroun.

645 AD: I now have three Catapults in place which can target Harar and I've moved a Worker and a Longswordsman to the Gems hex SW of Sudan and start constructing a Mine.

Another Galleass is received at Benghasi and I commence building Walls to beef up the defences.
My southern border at the end of 645 AD. Haile Selassie isn't too happy with all my troops on his border but I lie to him. That's all for this post - until next time :)
